Gravitational constant is the universal constant..it is denoted by G..it is numerically equal to the force experienced by one of the two unit masses placed at 1 metre apart..it is equal to 6.67*10^-11 Newton metre squared per kilogram squred.
While on the other hand, acceleration due to gravity is just the acceleration produced in any mass by the gravitational force of earth...it changes from place to place as per the distance between the mass and the centre of mass of the earth..in general, its value on the surface of the earth is 9.8 metre pes second squared.
